A cutting plate for chopper has the form of a disk with central cylindrical opening and through end openings which internal surface has the form of a truncated cone. The axis of symmetry of each through end opening is inclined toward the working end of disk in the direction perpendicular to the radius of the disk, which is traced through the center of this through end opening.
