The proposed device for measuring viscosity and density of liquid contains turbulent-flow restrictors, which are connected according to a bridge circuit, additional laminar-flow restrictors, each of which is connected in series with the corresponding turbulent-flow restrictor, a differential manometer, a liquid flow rate controller, a programmable unit for setting liquid flow rate, a computing unit, a recording unit, and additionally, two setting units, two comparators, two units for measuring time intervals, and two units for performing an AND logic function. The inputs of each comparator areaccordingly connected to the output of the setting unit and the output of the differential manometer, and the output is connected to the first input of the unit for measuring time intervals and the input of the unit for performing an AND logic function. The output of the unit for performing an AND logic function is connected to the programmable unit for setting flow rate. The second inputs of the units for measuring time intervals are connected to the output of the programmable unit for setting flow rate, and the outputs are connected to the input of the computing unit. The output of the computing unit is connected to the input of the recording unit.
