A functional water purifying case is provided to purify naturally water and perform the ecological performance of aquatic creatures, by installing ceramic rolls each filled with functional ceramic in the water purifying case. A frame assembly(100) includes a plurality of frames, which are deposited on one another such that the frames cross vertically in a square shape. Each of the frames has a long hexahedral shape, and penetration holes at both side portions thereof. Connecting poles(140) vertically penetrate the penetration holes, and the uppermost ends of the connecting poles are fixed by fixing elements(150). A functional adsorption ceramic roll(310) is formed by filling a vegetable fiber net with functional adsorption ceramic. The functional adsorption ceramic roll is positioned within the frame assembly. A functional denitrification ceramic roll(400) is formed by filling the vegetable fiber net with functional denitrification ceramic. The functional denitrification ceramic roll is positioned within the frame assembly. A microorganism activating ceramic roll(500) is formed by filling the vegetable fiber net with microorganism activating ceramic. The microorganism activating ceramic roll is positioned within the frame assembly. Ripraps(700) fills spaces between the frame assembly and the ceramic rolls.
