摘要 A method to produce drinkable "vegetable cream" includes preparation of a mixture of milk base with vegetable oil, pasteurization thereof, homogenization, cooling and prepackaging of the end product. Coconut oil is used as a vegetable component. Introduction of 0.4-0.8 % of lecithin specifies stability of the fat emulsion.
