An antistatic light diffusion film is provided to improve the quality of a liquid display device by forming an antistatic layer of a high molecule of conductive material on an opposite side of the light diffusion layer. An antistatic light diffusion film includes a transparent plastic material(2), a light diffusion layer(1), and an antistatic layer(3). The transparent plastic material is composed of any one selected from a group of a polyester, a polycarbonate, a polymethylmethacrylate or a polystyrene. The light diffusion layer is formed on a side of the transparent plastic material. The antistatic layer is formed as an antistatic compound on an opposite plane of the light diffusion layer or both sides of a material having the light diffusion layer. The antistatic layer has an antistatic function and a foreign substance attaching prevention function. The compound is composed of a high molecule of a conductive material.
