A sanding bogie for an internal scratching device for a metal pipe line is provided to easily perform sanding work of the metal pipe line by injecting sand during revolution and recovering the injected sand, and to stably supply the sand irrespective of the revolution of a main body by using a rotation member and a slip member. A sanding bogie for an internal scratching device for a metal pipe line comprises an air pressure supply member(66), a negative pressure provision member, a main body, a sealing member(63), a sand storage can(62), an injection nozzle(61), a sand supply member(90), a sand suction unit(68), a sand supply unit(67) and a ring gear(69). The air pressure supply member is connected to an air pressure pipe by interposing a bearing. The negative pressure provision member is connected to a negative pressure hose and has a plurality of drilled holes. The main body has a plurality of holes communicated with the holes of the negative pressure provision member. The sealing member is respectively installed the front and the rear of the main body and seals the work region. The sand storage can is installed outside the main body. The injection nozzle injects sand to an inner wall of the metal pipe line. The sand supply member supplies the sand into the sand storage can. The sand suction unit supplies the sand supplied from the sand storage can. The ring gear is rotated by a revolving motor of a sub-bogie so that the main body is revolved.
