A payment processing method using a wireless terminal and a recording medium storing a program for the same are provided to intercept the possibility of misusage due to the leakage of a phone number fundamentally and eliminate the inconvenience of inputting payment processing object information in person by previously registering and storing a payment processing object. A wireless message-based payment system comprises a financial system(340) and a payment processing server(300). The financial system(340) receives payment processing request information through a wireless message from a wireless terminal(345) and processes financial payment using client account information which is stored in a storage medium(130). The payment processing server(300), interfaced with the financial system(340), comprises a wireless interface part(315) to transmit and receive wireless messages with wireless terminals through a wireless communication network.
