A clay brick manufacturing method using inorganic white polished sand clay is provided to reduce the cost for transporting white clay and material cost of clay bricks and to decrease soil pollution caused by burying fine while polished sand. A clay brick manufacturing method using inorganic white polished sand clay comprises the steps of: crushing white polished sand including large and hard particles and sorting out sludge including fine white polished sand clay from the white polished sand by cleaning the crushed white polished sand by spraying water with passing the white polished sand through a screen having a sieve of 200 meshes; coagulating the white polished sand clay by adding a precipitant to the sludge; extracting the white polished sand clay by squeezing the coagulated white polished sand clay with a filter press having a sieve of 300~400 meshes; making the white polished sand clay mixture by mixing the extracted white polished sand clay of 40~60wt.% having particles of the uniform size, white clay of 15~25wt.% extracted from the nature, black clay of 20~30wt.%, and feldspar of 5~10wt.%, in a mixer; sorting out stones included in the mixed raw material; firstly crushing the raw material in a crusher; ripening the raw material to equally mix the moisture of the raw material; secondly crushing the raw material in the crusher; kneading the raw material by injecting the water; pressing and molding the raw material in a square plate form in a vacuum-compression molding machine; cutting the molded material into a brick form of the desirable size and shape by a cutting machine; loading the bricks on a trolley and drying the bricks by hot blast for 40~45 hours in a hot blast dryer of 110~130°C; plasticizing the dried bricks by passing the bricks through a furnace of 900~1150°C for 23~25 hours; forcibly cooling down the bricks for 6~7 hours in a forcible blowing cooler; and naturally cooling the bricks in a room of the normal temperature. |
