<p>The winder has a rolling bobbin (8) mounted rotatively in a case (7). A tubular torsion bar (9) is a limiter with two constraint levels having a main constraint limiter part (10) and an additional constraint limiter part (11), where the parts (10, 11) are made of a single part. The part (11) is mounted on a cover (18) by a connection head (16), where the cover is locked in rotation in a preset situation. The part (11) is arranged in a manner to form a breakable part (19) when a preset maximal torque acting on the bar is exceeded. An independent claim is also included for a safety system for a passenger of a motor vehicle.</p> |
