摘要 A method for controlling an electronics stability program(ESP) in a vehicle is provided to generate a sufficient braking force by elevating an increase rate of wheel pressure at early stage of ESP control even upon ESP control by instant over-steering of a handle. A method for controlling an electronics stability program(ESP) in a vehicle comprises the steps of: operating a motor simultaneously with opening a valve unit for a certain time so that a wheel pressure of each wheel cylinder is increased to a predetermined level, prior to start of ESP control in case that operation of ESP control is expected by instant over steering of a handle; closing the valve unit simultaneously with halting the motor and closing the inlet valve so that the wheel pressure increased in each wheel cylinder can be maintained after the lapse of a certain time; determining a point of time for start of ESP control after closing the inlet valve to start ESP control. The electronics stability program(ESP) in a vehicle includes a master cylinder, a hydraulic pump, a motor, an inlet valve, an outlet valve, and a valve unit.
