A cooling tower using a wall body as a casing part is provided to reduce installation space, to reinforce support structure, and to reduce a unit cost and maintenance costs by including a heat exchange region, an air supply port, a louver, an exhaust port, a heat exchange unit, a water sprinkling unit, a cooling fan unit, an eliminator and a water collecting tank. A cooling tower using a wall body as a casing part comprises a heat exchange region(5), an air supply port(16), a louver(71), an exhaust port(18a), a heat exchange unit(70b), a water sprinkling unit(74b), a cooling fan unit(80a), an eliminator(75) and a water collecting tank(90b). The heat exchange region is consisted of a side casing part and an upper casing part or only the side casing part. The air supply port is arranged in a lower part of the side casing part, and make supplied air flow into the heat exchange region. The louver guides the supplied air, prevents cooling water drop from be separated to the outside, and guides the cooling water drop to the heat exchange region. The exhaust port is formed so as to be communicated with the heat exchange region. The heat exchange unit allows the cooling water to be heat-exchanged with air. The water sprinkling unit is arranged in an upper region of the heat exchange unit, and sprinkles the cooling water. The cooling fan unit exhausts high temperature air heat-exchanged through the exhaust port. The eliminator recovers dispersed water drop toward the exhaust port. The water collecting tank collects the cooling water dropped through the heat exchange unit. |
