A sheet transferring device, an image scanning device, and an image forming device are provided to allow a user to select the sheet transferring device in view of performance or cost reduction. A sheet transferring device(5) includes the first conveying unit, the second conveying unit, and a movement/guidance unit. The first conveying unit is constructed such that a sheet is conveyed in the first sheet conveying direction. The second conveying unit is disposed in the lower portion of the first conveying unit in the first sheet conveying direction. The second conveying unit is constructed such that the sheet is conveyed in the second conveying direction different from the first conveying direction. The moving/guiding unit is disposed along an outer side of a sheet conveying path extending between the first conveying unit and the second conveying unit. The moving/guiding unit is constructed to move/guide the sheet toward the second conveying unit. |
