A guide plate for a side airbag of a vehicle is provided to allow a head liner to be normally opened and developed by preventing a side airbag cushion from being developed toward an upper side, and to provide a high reliable side airbag by making the side airbag to be developed to the inside of the vehicle by a guide portion. A guide plate for a side airbag of a vehicle comprises a fixing member(310), a support plate(330) and a binding member(320). The fixing member has an installation hole(311) linked by a bolt. The support plate is bently formed in a lower end of the fixing member. The binding member is protruded in a surface of the binding member. A binding extension portion is formed in one side surface of the binding member so as to be protruded and extended in a direction of an inflator.
