An exercise equipment for a chair is provided to be installed on a seat of an ordinary chair and to enable a user to do exercise of a lower body part including an abdomen, a waist and legs. An exercise equipment for a chair includes a body(10), an auxiliary body, a frame(40), a pivoting rod, and a foothold(60). An insertion portion(11) to be inserted by enclosing a seat of a chair is formed on the body(10). The auxiliary body is hinge-coupled to the front of the body(10) and pivots vertically. The frame(40) is fixed on the bottom of the auxiliary body, and pivots together with the auxiliary body. The center of the pivoting rod is hinge-coupled to one end of the frame(40) to pivot vertically. The foothold(60) is coupled to upper ends of both sides of the pivoting rod, and makes a user's foot placed thereon.
