The device comprises an encasing box with a cover 11 hinged thereon, and a rack 2 comprising a plurality of through holes 21 for receiving tools 13. A shaft 3 rotatably extends through a passage 22 that is defined through the rack and which communicates with the through holes. The shaft comprises a plurality of notches 31 in correspondence with the through holes, so that in a first shaft position the notches allow the tools to be freely removed, and in a second position, when the shaft is turned with the aid of lever 34, the notches, which are V-shaped (see Fig. 5-1), become relatively narrower and engage the low end of the individual tools so as to clamp them. |
