Spinal fusion system utilizing an implant plate having at least one integral lock. The implant plate comprises a plate member (42) having a plurality of apertures (44), each of said plurality of apertures (44) being capable of receiving a screw (46). The implant plate also comprises a plurality of resilient members (62) having a locking portion (62a) in operative relationship with said plurality of apertures (44), respectively. Each of said plurality of resilient members (62) retains or maintains said screw (46) in a locked position.
