摘要 A controllable current source for a phase locked loop is provided to reduce a leakage current by coupling a duplicate output terminal of a duplicate current path with an output terminal. A controllable current source(12) for a phase locked loop includes first and second supply terminals(K1,K2) and an output terminal. The first and second supply terminals supply first and second supply potentials(V1,V2), respectively. The output terminal(Kout) delivers an output current. The output terminal is connected to the first supply terminal through a first control current path(T1) and connected to the second supply terminal through a second control current path(T2). The controllable current source includes duplicate current paths(T1',T2') for the non-controlled control current paths. A duplicate output terminal(Kout') of the duplicate current paths is connected to the output terminal through current mirrors(T5-T8).
