<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas detection device having a small output change caused by a temperature characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: A control means 9 estimates the temperature of a gas detection part 7 by a temperature detection means 11 and an outside air temperature detection means 12, and switches a power supply means 8 intermittently between the ON/OFF states by switching the output of a pulse output means 14, to thereby control power supply to a heater 5. The heater temperature is controlled in a prescribed temperature range by this constitution, and resultantly the gas detection part can be controlled in a prescribed temperature range. Hereby, the output change caused by the temperature characteristic of the gas detection part can be prevented, to thereby determine the gas concentration accurately. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
