The induction body is rotatably engaged with a rotating shaft(21). The induction body is positioned at a front direction of the propeller. The induction body induces the front wind to the propeller. The induction body includes an induction pipe(31). The front wind is induced to the induction pipe of the induction body. The propeller and the induction body are rotated in opposite directions to each other.
