A cold/hot air blower is provided to be used for air conditioning and heating with low expenses, to have high heat exchange efficiency and to have a simple structure. A cold/hot air blower used for controlling the temperature of a factory or a breeding farm includes a heat exchange member(10) composed of plural manifolds divided into many small pipes and attached with a fin bent in zigzags, a first header(11) connected to one end of the manifolds, a second header(12) connected to the other end of the manifolds, a heat transfer medium inflow port(13) formed on the first header, a heat transfer medium outflow port(14) formed on the second header, and coupled to a frame(17) to be separable, an intake fan(30) provided with plural blades, a housing(20) composed of an intake port(21) coupled with the heat exchange member, a fixing part(22) and an air vent(23) formed opposite to the intake port, and a duct coupled to the air vent and provided with a vent hole to distribute the air flowing out of the air vent of the housing to a wide area evenly without a variation in temperature.
