A voltage adjusting generator is provided to stabilize the operation point of a zener diode and stably adjust voltage by adding a filter composed of a plurality of resistors and capacitances. A voltage adjusting generator includes a voltage detecting device(201), a filtering device(203), a zener diode(205), a first switching device(207), and a second switching device(209). The voltage detecting device(201) detects the voltage generated by battery power. The filtering device(203) filters the detected generated voltage. The zener diode(205) is driven by the filtered generated voltage, and selectively turns on the first switching unit(207) and the second switching device(209) controlling voltage in a battery terminal. The first switching device(207) switches to apply the predetermined voltage to a terminal L(SS2) by being turned on according to the generated voltage applied by the zener diode(205). The second switching device(209) switches to apply the predetermined voltage to a terminal F(SS3) by being turned on according to the generated voltage applied by the zener diode(205).
