METHOD FOR REPORTING ERROR IN AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINE AND AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINE USING THE SAME

A method for reporting errors in an automatic teller machine and the automatic teller machine using the same are provided to optimize the error report of the teller machine by transmitting an error reporting message to a status system if satisfying the failure condition. An automatic teller machine(300) comprises a monitoring part(310), a statistics collecting part(320), and an error reporting transmitting part(330). The monitoring part monitors the operation of the tell machine. The statistics collecting part collects the statistics corresponding to the disabled information by using the monitored result through the monitoring part. The error reporting transmitting part transmits the error reporting message to a predetermined status system if the teller machine satisfies the disabled condition corresponding to the statistics.
