Independent claims are included for the following: (1) non therapeutic process for making up and/or caring for the eyelashes, involves, applying to the eyelashes one coat of a composition (a) with a content of wax(es) and of hydrophilic polymer(s) of = 26% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, and/or of applying one coat of a composition (b) with a total content of wax(es) and of hydrophilic film-forming polymer(s) of greater than 26% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, where, said compositions (a) and (b) comprises a continuous aqueous phase, and applying composition (b) being performed using an application device for applying to the eyelash fringe, comprising a plurality of application members arranged on a support in the form of at least one row whose length is such that the application members can at best simultaneously contact at most a quarter of the eyelashes of the fringe; and (2) a made-up support comprising a obtained makeup.
