The medical device implant has separate active implant modules (2-7) provided for two diagnostic and/or therapeutic functions, where the implant modules are couplable with one another. A basic device component is provided for coupling the implant modules, and a bus system (13) is provided for controlling communication between the implant modules. The bus system is implemented for signal and communication technical coupling of the implant modules in a wireless manner.
