A profiled section of an outer pipe has first sections (FS) (4) with a first average diameter (AD), second sections (SS) (5) with a second AD greater than the first AD and flanks (6) to link FS to all adjacent SS. Geometric proportions not only ensure great rigidity against forces of pressure acting in a radial direction on a corrugated pipe but also low weight.
