Method of rehabilitating soil and/or underground water and equipment for implementing this method

The method involves displacing a drilling tool (18), in a contaminated soil volume, adapted to cut soil and homogenously mix the soil in the volume. A treating agent is simultaneously injected into the mixed soil by the tool such that the agent is homogenously dispersed in the volume, where the agent acts on contaminating elements. The agent includes a gas e.g. air and nitrogen, a chemically active neutralizing, reducing or oxidizing gas e.g. ozone and chlorine, and a reactive agent constituted of microorganisms population or microorganism development substrate. An independent claim is also included for an equipment for rehabilitating underground water and soil.
