An internet high-definition broadcasting system, and a method thereof are provided to gather a log record in real time at a time point starting or finishing of user watching a broadcasting and to extract and assemble in real-time a multimedia file to be transmitted to plural broadcasting stations in order by broadcasting conditions. An internet high-definition broadcasting system comprises a user information database and a file organization unit(30). The user information database is used to memorize user character information registered for watching an internet broadcasting program. The file organization unit is used to search a broadcasting file suitable for the user character information, to compose a broadcasting organization list according to a broadcasting condition of a broadcasting file, to provide the broadcasting organization list to a client, and to receive the broadcasting file by the client from the broadcasting station(40). |
