TWO-DIMENSIONS CODE WITH A LOGO

A two-dimensional code with a logo is provided to indicate digital information and visual information simultaneously. In a two-dimensional code with a logo, the two-dimensional code(1) indicating information by a dispersion pattern of a cell dot(2) formed by coloring a plurality of cells is folded with a logo mark indicating a character visually. The plural cells are colored by at least three colors, and one of the colors is used as a standard color. An information pattern is indicated by the cell dot with the standard color. An outline(34,35) is formed at a boundary of the character of the logo mark. The cell is divided by the outline and is colored.
