<p>The device has a detecting unit (33), which is arranged at a high voltage pylon (10). The detecting unit has pressure or force sensors, which detect weights of high voltage lines and/or forces working on the high voltage lines at hanging points in the high voltage pylon. The detected weights of the high voltage lines are conveyed to a primary control unit of a supply plant via a signaling device (34). The detecting unit transmits a signal of load measuring devices (26, 28) or a signal of the primary control unit.
