A radio frequency power detector is provided to acquire a more linear dynamic range and compensate for a change of a gain caused by a temperature. A radio frequency power detector(100) includes an input unit, an envelope amplifier circuit, and a current mirror circuit. The input unit is adapted to receive a first radio frequency signal. The envelope amplifier circuit connected to the input unit is adapted to output a second radio frequency signal corresponding to an amplified envelope of the first radio frequency signal. The current mirror circuit electrically connected to the envelope amplifier circuit is adapted to output a bias signal for biasing the second radio frequency signal. Herein, the envelope amplifier circuit is additionally adapted to feed back the second radio frequency signal to the current mirror circuit so as to reduce the intensity of the bias signal in accordance with the intensity of the second radio frequency signal.
