A water leakage prevention structure is provided to enhance the adhesion between a water blocking plate and the waterproof sheet by attaching the sub-waterproof sheet to the water standing plate using a stapler and thermally bonding the water blocking plate to the waterproof sheet. A water leakage prevention structure for a tunnel comprises a waterproof layer. The waterproof layer is obtained by fixedly installing a non-woven fabric on a shotcrete surface(70), and then fixedly installing a waterproof sheet(20) on the non-woven fabric. A water blocking plate(30) is overlapped on the waterproof sheet and one end portion of a sub-waterproof sheet(40) is fixed to a rim portion of the water blocking plate by a stapler. The sub-waterproof sheet is thermally bonded to the waterproof plate. A dual-side rubber tape is interposed between the water blocking plate and the sub-waterproof sheet.
