A connecting member, and a combining assembly using the connecting member are provided to fix a plurality of members rapidly and to reduce a spatial limit for fixing the members. A connecting member is inserted and rotated between a first member(20) with a hook(23), and a second member(40) with a hanging unit(43) hung at the hook, to engage and keep the hook and the hanging unit and to fix the first and second members mutually. The connecting member includes a head unit(11) and a combining unit. The head unit is exposed to an outside. The combining unit is connected with the head unit and inserted into a space between the first and second members. The combining unit is formed with a rectangular section. The head unit is formed with a combining groove combined with a front end of a tool for rotating the combining unit. The outer diameter of the head unit is larger than that of the combining unit.
