A method for making a hand-made paper flower of paeonia lactiflora(also known as hortensis) is provided to make the paper flower used in religious ceremonies in Buddhism and others more easily and more efficiently. A method for making a hand-made paper flower of paeonia lactiflora is largely divided into forming a bud portion and forming flower patterns(22). In detail, the method includes the steps of: cutting a multi-layer paper into a circular shape; forming a first cut and moisturizing; forming foldable ends; forming a knife groove to roll the foldable ends partially; forming petals by spreading foldable ends and toothed ends; layering a thusly prepared body and inserting the body into a bar(30); preparing another body by repeating the above-described steps; and forming flower patterns.
