A scan driver and an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device using the same are provided to execute a rapid operation speed by switching an output voltage of the scan driver from a positive source voltage to a negative source voltage. A scan driver, which is driven by receiving two clocks of three clocks, receives an input signal through an input terminal(in), and outputs an output signal through an output terminal(out). Each of input terminals of plural stages is connected to an output terminal of a previous stage. Each of the stages includes a switch, a switching unit and a storing unit. The switch switches to connect with the input terminal corresponding to a clock in a first clock terminal(ck1). The switching unit controls to deliver a first voltage to the output terminal according to the clock and the input signal. The storing unit delivers a clock signal received through a second clock terminal(ck2) to the output terminal.
