A pulse width modulation apparatus and a light source driving apparatus having the same are provided to stabilize a system and to enhance reliability of a product by providing stably PWM signals. A voltage division unit(111) divided an input voltage into a plurality of voltages and outputs the divided voltages. A capacitor unit(112) charges or discharged input current and outputs a charged voltage. A first operational amplifier(113) is operated according to a compared result between the divided voltages of the voltage division unit and the charged voltage of the capacitor unit. A first noise removal unit(114) removes high-frequency noise from the divided voltages. A second operational amplifier(122) outputs a signal generated by the capacitor unit as a pulse width modulation signal by using a dimming control signal.
