A method for vegetating and greening a concrete revetment directly is provided to vegetate and green a concrete revetment with low expenses by leaving concrete revetment blocks which are impossible for growth of plants as they are and forming suitable environment for growth of plants. A method for vegetating and greening a concrete revetment directly comprises the steps of: forming ecological holes(10) on revetment blocks(B) placed diagonally on a revetment structure made of concrete, stone or synthetic resins which is impossible for growth of plants; forming a vegetation space by spreading a sheet(100) along a slope of the revetment structure and arranging cylindrical or plate type vegetation space formation members(M) provided with through holes on the sheet in the type of a honeycomb along the slope of the revetment structure continuously, and then fixing the formation members with anchors(300); filling up the vegetation space with fillers made of soils, fiber yarn, plant nutrients, active carbon, organic fertilizer, etc. for rootage and growth of plants; putting a first sieve(400) and a second sieve(500) made of natural materials on the vegetation space and fixing with fixing pins(600); and growing plants in the vegetation space.
