A construction method of a reinforced soil retaining wall using a precast concrete block structure for a reinforced soil retaining wall is provided to make the gradient construction of a front wall of a retaining wall easy and to prevent infiltration by constructing a front wall of retaining wall blocks with a gradient of 2~3 degrees integrally, to increase the horizontal force of retaining wall blocks and to guide an appointed gradient using a vertical stiffener and to construct retaining wall blocks effectively and economically. A construction method of a reinforced soil retaining wall using a precast concrete block structure for a reinforced soil retaining wall for guiding and fixing a gradient of a retaining wall comprises the steps of: installing a bottom retaining wall block(10) having a conic insertion hole(30); fixing a fixing nut to a large diameter section of an insertion hole of a top retaining wall block; inserting a vertical stiffener(20) having a length corresponding to two times depth of the insertion hole of the retaining wall block added up with 10mm the permanent thickness of a cork for a retaining wall to the fixing nut to make the top of the vertical stiffener abut on a small diameter section of the insertion hole of the top retaining wall block; inserting a gradient adjustment nut to a spiral portion of the vertical stiffener extended/inserted to the insertion hole of the bottom retaining wall block; sealing up a rear end projection of a gap between the top retaining wall block and the bottom retaining wall block with a cork(50) for a retaining wall having a thickness of 15mm and installing a wedge to a front end projection of the gap to form a gradient as planned; and removing the wedge when the cork for a retaining wall has a permanent thickness of 10mm.
