A method of manufacturing onion beverage by mixing onion juice and herbal extract is provided to obtain the onion juice which has excellent palatability and medicinal efficacy and thus is useful as a health beverage. Onion beverage is mixed with herbal extract in a weight ratio of 80:10. The herbal extract is an extract of medicinal herbs selected from Cnidium officinale Makino, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, licorice root and Cinnamon bark.
