BISMUTH MOLYBDATE-BASED CATALYSTS, METHOD OF PREPARING THEREOF AND METHOD OF PREPARING 1,3-BUTADIENE USING THEREOF

A bismuth molybdate-based catalyst, a method for preparing the same, and a method for preparing 1,3-butadiene using the same are provided to simplify the component constitution and the synthetic path and improve the reproducibility. A mixed-bismuth molybdate-based catalyst for 1,3-butadiene is composed of alpha-bismuth molybdate of 1-40 wt% and gamma-bismuth molybdate of 60-99 wt%. The 1,3-butadiene is prepared from a reactant comprising C4 compound on the mixed-bismuth molybdate-based catalyst through oxidative dehydrogenation reaction. The reactant comprises C4 compound including n-butane and n-butene, air, and steam.
