VIDEO TELEPHONE SYSTEM WITH VOIP AND METHOD THEREOF

A video call service system and method using a VoIP are provided to allow a user to conveniently use a video call service by using a wall pad provided at home without having to any additional equipment. A user computer(400) is connected with a complex server(200) via the Internet(300) to perform member registration or member authentication, downloads and installs a video call service program provided by the complex server(200), and performs a video call by using a wall pad(100) installed at a home of a complex and a VoIP. The complex server(200) performs member registration and member authentication on a user through the user computer(400), stores member information and information on the wall pad(100) of the complex, provides the video call service program to the user computer(400), and provides home information of the complex available for a video call so that the user can perform the video call by using a wall pad(100) and a VoIP installed in a home selected by the user computer. A wall pad(100) is connected with the complex server(200) via a network, has a unique identification number, and performs a video call using the user computer(400) and the VoIP under the control of the complex server(200).
