MULTI LAYER CERAMIC CAPACITOR AND THEREOF MANUFACTURING METHOD

A multi-layer ceramic capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by improving the speed of inspecting green chips and reducing damages during the inspection. A multi-layer ceramic capacitor includes a green chip(110), a first external electrode(120), a second external electrode(130), a plurality of first internal electrodes(140), and a plurality of second internal electrodes(150). The first and second external electrodes(120,130) are formed respectively at both sides of the green chip(110). The plurality of first internal electrodes(140) are formed on the green chip(110) to be electrically connected with the first external electrode(120), and has a first internal electrode checking member(141) for inspecting the green chip(110) at one end. The plurality of second internal electrodes(150) are formed on the green chip(110) to be electrically connected with the second external electrode(130), and has a second internal electrode checking member for inspecting the green chip(110) at the other end.
