This invention is a multi-function chiropractic treatment table for effectin g extension, flexion, lateral flexion, and distraction of the spine of the patient. The table includes a weighted platform (10) adapted to rest upon a floor (12), and telescoping vertical elevation units having upper, lower end s (18, 20) each upper end (18) secured to a transverse horizontal pivot axis (22); and the lower end (20) integrally secured to the weighted platform (10 ). The table further includes a rigid elongate support frame (26) having an upp er (28) and a lower part, the support frame (26) secured to the horizontal pivo t axis (22) of the elevation units, the upper part (28) defining a plane tilte d convexly relative to a plane defined by the lower part (30) and an assembly means for selectably rotating the rigid support frame (26) upon the transver se horizontal pivot axis (22).
