The design consists of the features of shape and configuration of the VACUUM CLEANER BASE shown in the attached drawings, wherein in Figures 1, 5 and 6 the features shown in dashed lines do not form part of the design and in Figure 7 the immediate cooperating environment of the design is shown in dashed lines, and wherein:Figure 1 is a perspective view of a vacuum cleaner base according to the design;Figure 2 is a front elevation view thereof;Figure 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, with a left side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;Figure 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;Figure 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;Figure 6 is a top plan view thereof; andFigure 7 is a perspective view thereof in conjunction with a vacuum cleaner, shown in dashed lines, supported by the base.
