A bed assembly is provided to minimize protruded portions on the external surface and to hide connecting pieces such as bolts, thereby creating a better exterior view and reducing injuries caused thereby. A bed assembly includes: a support frame(300) and a main frame(200). The support frame includes four longitudinal frames(310,320,410,420), and lateral frames(330) welded to both sides below the top of the 1st and 2nd longitudinal frames(310,320) to have a safety plane(321). The main frame includes a 1st main frame(100) and a 2nd main frame(200) connected to each end of the support frame respectively. The main frame includes four pillar frames(110,120,210,220), and a first and a second connecting frame(130,230) of which both ends are welded to those four pillar frames.
