An internet bulletin frame inserting system is provided to deliver notice/advertisement to entire customers or a specific customer effectively without swapping of webpage by inserting a new frame to the webpage customers want to access and including the notice/advertisement within the frame. An internet bulletin frame inserting system comprises a bulletin management terminal(50), a router(20) and a bulletin frame management server(40). The bulletin management terminal is where notice/advertisement is inputted by a provider who provides internet services to a plurality of customer's terminals(10). The router is capable of reading website address requested by the customer to access, setting a communication path to an external network(60), and transporting the web site data to the customer's terminal. The bulletin frame management server generates a frame including the notice/advertisement inputted by the bulletin management terminal and transport it to the router so that the frame is to be inserted on the webpage customers want to access. |
