摘要 <p>A bio-chip of pattern arranged in line is provided to analyze a smaller amount of sample in multiplicity rapidly by using optimal structure capable of using optic interference, and improve detection sensitivity. A method for manufacturing the same bio-chip is also provided to mass produce the bio-chip. A bio-chip of pattern arranged in line comprises: a base plate(20) having anti-corrosion property and a resin layer(22) which is placed on the base plate and has a plurality of uneven structure uniformly arranged in line, wherein the resin layer has the Fabry-Perot interferometer structure by forming a reflection layer with the side wall of the structure, and a gold-coating layer(23) on the surface, and the side wall of the structure has the distance between side walls of 2-50nm and length from the bottom to the end of 500nm-5mum. A method for manufacturing the bio-chip of pattern arranged in line comprises the steps of preparing a stamp formed by uniformly arranging a plurality of uneven structure, preparing a substrate with flowable resin on the base plate, placing and pressing the stamp on the flowable resin based on nano imprinting method, solidifying the flowable resin of the substrate to form a resin layer having the structure corresponding to the stamp structure and removing the stamp from the resin layer.</p>
