A bearing structure and a press machine having the same are provided to support a support shaft of a swing die used in a negative angle forming mechanism of the press machine. In a bearing structure rotatably supports a support shaft of a rotating die(3) installed in a press forming unit(1) in a bearing hole, the inner diameter of at least upper portion of the bearing hole is larger than the diameter of the support shaft to form a gap between the upper portion of the bearing hole and the support shaft. A press machine includes an upper mold and a lower mold. A rotating die is installed in the lower mold. The upper mold corresponds to the lower mold.
