A tripod type constant velocity joint is provide to prevent generation of axial force at a high angle difference by preventing a center point of an inner roller from being changed at any angle difference by converting horizontal rotation movement into angle difference rotation movement using double needle rollers. A tripod type constant velocity joint includes a housing(20) having three track grooves(20a) formed in an axial direction to divide the housing into three equal parts in a radial direction, a spider(21) having three trunnions(21a) having a polygonal shape and inserted into the track grooves, respectively, a first needle roller(22) surrounding the trunnions, an inner roller(23) surrounding the first needle roller, an intermediate roller(24) surrounding the inner roller, a second needle roller(25) surrounding the intermediate roller, and an outer roller(26) surrounding the second needle roller and formed to be movable in the axial direction of the track groove along a guide surface of the housing.
