<p>Disclosed is a radiation-sensitive resin composition containing a coloring agent, an alkali-soluble resin, a polyfunctional monomer and a radiation-sensitive radical generator. The alkali-soluble resin is produced by living radical polymerization of a polymerizable unsaturated compound, and has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 1,000-45,000 in terms of polystyrene as determined by gel permeation chromatography. A color filter which does not suffer from image burn-in can be produced from this radiation-sensitive resin composition with high production yield.</p> |
