A driving device and a display apparatus having the same are provided to apply optimal compensated image data to subpixels by controlling output timing of compensated image data. A driving device includes a conversion unit(510), first and second compensating circuits(520,530), and an output circuit(540). The conversion unit receives input image data from outside and outputs first image data having grayness higher than the input image data and second image data having grayness lower than the input image data. The first and second compensating circuits compensate first and second sub image data, and output first and second compensation data, respectively. The output circuit controls output timing of the compensated image data.
